### Ошибка генерации QR-кода (подключение)

**Описание:** Не удаётся сгенерировать QR-код для подключения WhatsApp.

**Причина:**

* Истекло время генерации кода (20 секунд)
* Установлены **Связанные устройства** в WhatsApp

**Решение:**

* Нажмите **«Перегрузить»**, подождите несколько минут для формирования инстанса и повторите подключение
* Удалите **Связанные устройства** в настройках WhatsApp

### `WHATSAPP_SEND_MESSAGE_423` — ссылка на изображение некорректна или устарела

**Описание:** Не удалось отправить сообщение в WhatsApp, ссылка на изображение некорректна или устарела

**Причина:** URL изображения недействителен или недоступен.

**Решение:** Проверьте ссылку на изображение. Убедитесь, что файл доступен и в поддерживаемом формате.

### `WHATSAPP_SEND_MESSAGE_NO_ACCOUNT` — отсутствует аккаунт WhatsApp

**Описание:** Отсутствует аккаунт WhatsApp на номере.

**Причина:** На указанном номере нет зарегистрированного аккаунта WhatsApp.

**Решение:** Убедитесь, что у пользователя установлен и активирован WhatsApp на этом номере.

### `WHATSAPP_SEND_MESSAGE_UNKNOWN` — неизвестная ошибка

**Описание:** Неизвестная ошибка при отправке сообщения в WhatsApp, обратитесь в техподдержку Nextbot для уточнения причины

**Причина:** Ошибка не распознана.

**Решение:** Обратитесь в техподдержку Nextbot с кодом и деталями.
