# Расписание работы ИИ-агента

Включите расписание и выберите день недели и время, когда ИИ-агент будет отвечать пользователю. Если расписание не включено, ИИ-агент будет отвечать в любое время.

**Для чего это использовать:**\
Если вам нужен бот для того, чтобы обработать обращение клиентов в нерабочее время, а также ночью или на выходных.

Обратите внимание: ИИ-Агент не отвечает на сообщения, полученные вне его рабочего расписания. Однако при следующем обращении клиента в рабочее время Агент учтет всю предыдущую переписку в контексте диалога, даже те сообщения, на которые он не ответил.

**В соответствии с приведёнными выше настройками (см.скриншот), ИИ-агент будет отвечать в следующие периоды:**

* Будни (пн–пт): с 19:00 до 09:00.
* Выходные (сб–вс): в течение всего дня.
