### Реакция агента на получение файлов

Этот раздел настроек позволяет вам определить, как ваш ИИ-агент будет реагировать, когда пользователи присылают ему **файлы, которые не поддерживаются в системе Nextbot** (видео, неподдерживаемые форматы аудио, архивы и т.д.).

**Как это работает:**

* **Ничего не делать:** Агент полностью проигнорирует присланный файл. Пользователь не получит *никакого* ответа или подтверждения получения файла.
* **Ответить стандартным сообщением:** Агент отправит пользователю сообщение, что он не может обработать файл.\
  Текст по умолчанию: `"К сожалению, я не могу обработать этот файл."`\
  **Вы можете изменить это сообщение** на любое другое, более подходящее для вашего ИИ-агента и аудитории например, "Я пока не умею работать с файлами. Пожалуйста, опишите вашу задачу текстом" или "Спасибо за файл! К сожалению, я не могу его проанализировать. Задайте ваш вопрос текстом.".

Этот функционал помогает вам управлять ожиданиями пользователей и обеспечивать обратную связь, когда они пытаются взаимодействовать с вашим агентом через отправку файлов, которые он не способен обработать.
