# Заблокировать пользователя

После срабатывания функции можно применить опцию "Заблокировать пользователя". Эта опция полезна для управления нежелательными или неподходящими взаимодействиями с ИИ-агентом. Блокировка позволяет предотвратить получение сообщений от пользователя, который может проявлять неактивность или вести себя неуместно в рамках общения.

#### Как настроить?

1. Во вкладке Функции выберите вашу функцию, затем в блоке Действия — > Добавить действие.

2\. Из списка выберите "Заблокировать пользователя".

3. Нажмите Сохранить.

Как только функция сработает, диалог с пользователем заблокируется. Статус блокировки будет отображаться красным цветом, что наглядно сигнализирует о том, что диалог заблокирован, а в диалоговом окне вы увидите соответствующую запись.

Если необходимо разблокировать диалог, то во вкладке Диалоги выберите Фильтр -> Забаненные -> Применить фильтр. Выведется список заблокированных диалогов. Их можно снять несколькими способами:

1. Выбрать нужный диалог и в "ручную" нажать на значок "Заблокировать пользователя". Это разблокирует диалог.
2. Выделить диалоги -> Действия -> Выбрать "Разбанить". Тогда все выбранные диалоги будут разблокированы.
